Thanks so much for visiting this page and learning a bit more about me. I look forward to meeting you, and learning more about you, too!
My husband and I met in California, and moved to Parker, Colorado in 2005. We absolutely love being outside, and regularly enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and riding bikes with our three children. The picture to the left is from last summer in Estes park.
A personal goal of mine in 2020 is to climb my first Fourteener!
My interest in hypnosis has personal roots, as I was a student long before I was a teacher. I used hypnosis for the births of all three of my children, and had three peaceful and relaxed births. Those experiences inspired me to become a HypnoBirthing Practitioner, and I taught group and private classes for 9 years.
After many years of teaching HypnoBirthing, I wanted to expand my practice so I could help more people. In 2013, I became a Certified Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists, and opened my general hypnotherapy practice.
I love my career, and am inspired by my clients, every day!
In addition to spending as much time as I can outside, I have a passion for helping others through my volunteer work. I'm an active Girl Scout Troop Leader, and member of the Parker MobilePack Committee (a global outreach program that hand-packs meals for hungry children.)
I am also a proud military wife, and support my husband's 14 year career in the United States Marine Corps.
In my down time, I enjoy watching my kids' many sports & activities, reading, playing piano, walking my dog, doing yoga & observing the birds that visit our backyard feeders.
