My approach is to teach you how to change your subconscious patterns through suggestion, and that is accomplished over the period of 3-5 hypnosis sessions. That means there are no tapes to purchase and no lengthy hypnosis routines.

The best part? Learning the steps of self-hypnosis not only enables you to quit your tobacco habit, but teaches you how to use hypnosis to overcome difficult situations throughout your life.

  • Session 2 (45-60 min) - Support for Tobacco Cessation + Learn self-hypnosis Step 2
  • Session 3 (45-60 min) - Ongoing support for Tobacco Cessation + Learn self-hypnosis Step 3
  • Sessions 4 & 5 (45-60 min) - Optional/Ongoing support for Tobacco Cessation and/or other issues (such as: stress management, self confidence, anger, financial success, motivation, productivity, creating the life you envision)
