I am a Board Certified Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists and licensed with The Department Of Regulatory Agencies in Colorado, USA. License #NLC.0105228.
I began hypnotizing individuals and groups in 2008, and have successfully hypnotized thousands of adults, teens and children over the last 15 years.
My warmth, relatability and skill in connecting with audiences large and small have afforded me many opportunities to lead corporate team trainings and speak at special events, college classes and local business groups.
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind of heightened awareness and deep relaxation. I utilize the powerful tool of self-hypnosis to guide clients toward their chosen goal, as it is the most rapid and lasting modality for change.
I consider myself a teacher and a coach. I help you identify your strengths, release past traumas and limiting beliefs and encourage your practice as you build confidence in your self-hypnotic abilities.
The most common client goals include improving health, reducing stress, weight loss, alleviating fears and breaking bad habits.*
My interest in hypnosis has personal roots, as I was a student before I was a teacher. I used self-hypnosis during the births of all three of my children (pictured), and had three peaceful and relaxed births. Those experiences inspired me to become a HypnoBirthing Practitioner, and I taught group and private classes for 9 years.
After many years teaching HypnoBirthing, I wanted to expand my practice to general hypnotherapy so I could help more people. In 2014, I became a Certified Consulting Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. In 2022, I received my Board Certification through the National Guild of Hypnotists.
It is said that when you love your job, you never work a day in your life. Nothing could be truer for me! I love my career, and am passionate about helping my clients embrace their ability to make positive changes through hypnosis.

My husband and I met in California, and moved to Parker, Colorado in 2005. We absolutely love being outside, and regularly enjoy camping, hiking and snow sports with our three children.
In addition to spending as much time as I can outside, I have a passion for helping others through volunteering. Most recently, I have volunteered as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and Fundraising Chair of the Parker MobilePack; a global outreach program that hand-packs meals for hungry children in impoverished countries. In my 8 years of involvement with the Parker MobilePack, we hand-packed more than 1 million meals!
I am also a proud military wife, and support my husband's 18-year career in the United States Marine Corps Reserves.
In my down time, I enjoy watching our kids' many sports & activities, reading, playing piano, walking our dogs (one gentle black lab and one feisty chihuahua), yoga & observing the birds that visit our feeders.
